MARKO, Fern E. Adams
passed away June 12, 2009 at 92 (years of age). She spent her last
days in her home at Thunderbird Baptist Village in Glendale, AZ,
cared for by her loving family and Hospice of the Valley. She was
born December 23, 1916 in Blytheville, AR. Married the late James
Adams in 1941 in St. Louis, MO. They moved to Phoenix, AZ in 1958.
She left her love and memories in the hearts of her four children,
son Jim Adams and wife Linda of Phoenix; daughters, Charlene Dunmire
and husband Don of Mesa, Patti Adams of North Platte, NE, Judy
Felsot and husband Steve of Cottonwood, AZ. Ten grandchildren, 17
great-grandchildren, brother and sisters in MO, and many friends.
Memorial service will be held July 1, 2009, 10 am in the Chapel at
Thunderbird Baptist Village at 13617 N. 55th Ave, in Glendale, AZ.
Her family will lay her to rest next to their father and join them
back together at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery, Phoenix, AZ. Her
precious body was cared for by Advantage Colonial Chapel. In lieu of
flowers, please make donations to Hospice of the Valley.
