Warrant of Arrest: The State of Arkansas: To Any Sheiff, Constable, Coroner, Jailer, Marshal or Policeman of the State of Arkansas
It appearing that there are reasonable grounds for believing that H.R. Steveson has committed the offence of kidnapping in the County of Marion, you are therefore commanded forthwith to arrest H.R. Stevenson and bring him before me, W. M. Carter, a justice of the peace, in and for the Township of Union, in the County of Marion, to be dealt with according to law.
