This family lived in Kingdon Springs, Marion Co, Arkansas. They were all born there except for the older man, James Hiram Crownover, father of Mary Cordelia Crownover Cain, the woman holding the baby. The baby is my mother-in-law, Hester Clara Cain, who is now 92 years old. The family left Marion County in about the late 1920s or 1930s, moving first to Oklahoma, and then finally to California.
