Marion Co TOC

This old cemetery must have been a pretty cemetery. It was in a pasture behind a large grove of wild cherry trees. The cemetery area itself had a lot of trees. This cemetery was located on a county road 3.5 miles East of Peel, AR on the White River in the lower corner of SE1/4 of SE1/4, S24, T21N, R17W. Out of 112 graves in this cemetery only 12 were marked with tombstones. The graves in this cemetery were relocated to the New Peel Cemetery. If the grave included a tombstone the tombstone was moved with the body.

Column #1 is the grave number in the old cemetery and column #3 is the grave number in the new cemetery.
