UPTON, Martha ---- Martha Upton, widow of John Wesley Upton, died May 14, 1903 at her home in Fayetteville at the age of 74 years, She was a member of the United Baptist church. The writer had the honor of officiating at her funeral. Her remains were interred beside her husband to await the trumpet of God, which calls up their sleeping dust.
