I found this post card of the Hot Springs, AR Post Office in a box after my Mom passed away and thought you might want to post it on the web site.

Based on the stamp, it was probably mailed in 1908 or 1909.

I am sending both side of the post card.  Note that I removed the name of the receipt in Newbern, TN.
