WILLIAMSON, Mary Mary W. Williamson, Book C, page 324 "Mary W. Williamson's Will This is my last Will and Testament. I Mary W. Williamson, wife of Erasmus K. Williamson of the County of Hempstead and State of Arkansas beiing now in my ordinary health, which is at no time very good but of sound and disposing mind and memory, and in the full and complete enjoyment of all my faculties, do make publish and declare this my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made, viz: In consideration of the love and affection I have and bear for my beloved husband, Erasmus K. Williamson, I give and bequeath to him (should he survive me) for his sole and separate use forever, my farm and lands commonly known as the "Morrison Place" situate about two miles from Washington in the County and State aforesaid, a particular and minute description of which may be found in the deed of conveyance executed to me by Robert J. Lawrence on the 28th day of June Eighteen hundred and sixty seven (1867) and which was afterwards on the same day filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court and Ex Officio Recorders of the said County of Hempstead and on the same day duly recorded in Record Book "T"? pages 165 and 166. To have and to hold the said lands with all the tenements privileges, rights, ways and appurtenances thereunto belonging to my said husband to his separate use forever. I further give and bequeath to my said husband any and all personal property of which I may die seized and possessed. Amd I do nominate the said Erasmus K. Williamson (my dearly beloved husband) as the Executor of this my last will and testament; and it is my special and particular request that my said Executor shall not be required to give any security for the execution of my will, and if it can be possibly avoided I do not wish any administration upon my estate. Williamson to? sign our names as subscribing witnesses to this her last will and testament, have done so; and that she signed the same in our presence and declared that the same was her last will and testament, freely and voluntarily made without compulsion or undue influence of her husband.
