Levi Abraham Stanley was born in 1874 at Centerpoint, Pike County, Arkansas and died in 1949 at Patmos, Hempstead County, Arkansas. His parents were Jacob N. Standlee and Mary Sophronia Compton. He married Alice Lillian Jones who was born in 1881 at Patmos and died in 1965. Her parents were James Hillery Jones and Barbara Elizabeth Webb. Abe and Lillie Stanley are buried in the Patmos Cemetery near her parents, her two brothers, four sisters and their spouses.
