In 1830 Robert McCONNELL and Sarah McConnell (maiden name unknown) were in Hempstead County. While there they had Lucinda, born July 4, 1826 who married James B. GASTON in Montgomery County, James Oliver born 1827 who married Harriet KNOX in Montgomery County, Cynthia Ann born Oct. 2, 1830 who married Ransom Joseph BARBER in Montgomery County and Miller C. McConnell born june 1833 who married Visa Elizabeth Davis in Montgomery County then married Sarah Elizabeth VANDIVER in Black Springs AR. I am looking for: the exact dates on James Oliver McConnell, and Miller C. McConnell and what Robert McConnell did while he was in Hempstead county before moving to Hot Spring County then to Montgomery County where he died July 16, 1896. His wife was Francis M. Langston Yarbrough and their children were Charlie A. Yarbrough, Frank Yarbrough, Richard Daniel Yarbrough, Minnie and Jennie Yarbrough. James Allie had probably moved to Texas by 1875.
