NOTICE |
Notice is hereby given that I, as
administrator of the estate of George Jordan deceased, in pursuance of an
order of the Probate court of Greene County, Arkansas, made at the October
term, 1894, thereof, will offer for sale on the 20th Day of November,
1894, at the front door of the court house in Paragould, Arkansas, all the
interest of George Jordan, deceased, in and to the following described
lands, to-wit: --That part of Lot No. One (1), in Block one (1), Pruet's
first addition to Paragould, Arkansas, bounded and described as follows. Beginning on the East side of Pruet street 41 1/2 feet North of the South west corner of said Block one (1), running thence North 41 1/2, thence East 40 feet , thence South 41 1/2 feet thence West 40 feet to the place of beginning, to pay the debts of said estate. To be sold on credit of Three months, purchaser to give note with approval security and a lien to be retained on said land until same is paid, and subject to the dower interest of Emma Jordan, widow of said George Jordan, deceased. This 18th day of October, 1894.
