This photo was taken in the early 1950s on Highway 135 South. The RCI Club had constructed mailbox posts and were putting them up along the highway. Members of the club included from left, Leon Horne, Dave Meadows, Otho Horne, Cecil Riley, Arthur Taylor and Mrs. Dave Meadows. The little boy is Jerry Hammon.
