The following are children of James Alex (son of James McDaniel & Flora Ann McDaniel) and Alice Gramling (daughter of Memory C. Gramling & Mary Jane Smith Gramling). Many of the Gramlings are buried in Pruett's Chapel Cemetery and Owen's Chapel Cemetery.

Aline was the infant daughter of James Alex and Alice McDaniel. She only lived a few days.

Naomi McDaniel Johnson, daughter of James Alex and Alice McDaniel, and her husband Carmel Johnson. Naomi passed away recently.

Clara Ilene McDaniel, daughter of James Alex and Alice McDaniel.

Flora Ann McDaniel Hamblen, daughter of James Alex and Alice McDaniel. Flora is the mother of Mack Hamblen.

Woodrow Wilson McDaniel, son of James Alex and Alice McDaniel and husband of Tina McDaniel. Woodrow was a salesman for Hurt Grocery Company for years and had many friends all over N.E. Arkansas. Woodrow-2
