Young
Cemetery is near Viola, Arkansas, in Fulton County, location T20N-R9W- Sec.,

This
cemetery is in the center of the Thurlo Ray Minge farm. The cemetery is deteriorated with trees,
brush and thicket. Thirty-three
visible graves with only seven graves that have markers with inscriptions and
one of these is a rock inscribed.

Mr. Young
wrote me that the property where the cemetery is located was once owned by
Lewis Jackson Young and his wife, Elizabeth Mires Young.
They sold
this property to their son, Leonard Jasper Young, shortly before Lewis died in
1890. Elizabeth remarried to G. W.
Ham in 1895.
Leonard
sold the land in 1914 to John W. Carroll.
