Constitution, near Mulberry River in 1850

looks like it is on the Old Wire Road just north of Ozark.

Constitution looks like it was located at the present day intersection of Route 23 and state Highway 352 which is referred to locally as Wire Road .

It appears on Colton's railroad & township map of Arkansas 1854.
