I have recently taken over Franklin County. I do not live in the county, but know something about the county. It is an 18th century burial stone in good shape for a  Steven Rutledge.  By chance my 2gfather's name was also Stephen Rutledge.  Yet the connection between this stone and the Rutledge family of today, is same coat of arms depicted on this stone can be found on other websites for  Rutledge or Routledge families in three countries, and we all own the same exact registered Tartan.   Does anyone have the skill set to enhance this photo and read the inscription?   HONORS PAGE To honor of those of us who went before.  May They Rest In Peace
