Jesse J. Keathley 83 of Mayflower died Saturday (May 17, 1975) at his home.
He was a disabled veteran of World I.
Mr. Keathley was born March 11, 1892 at Mount Vernon, a son of Henry and Mary White Keathley. He was a member of the 2nd Baptist Church of Conway. Mr. Keathley was married to the former Allie E. McNinch in 1916 and she survives.
Other survivors are a son, George E. Keathley of Little Rock; two brothers, Warren Keathley of California and George D. Keathley of New Blaine (Logan County); two sisters, Mrs. Rittie Flowers of Mount Vernon and Mrs. Martha Garland of Bakersfield, California.
Funeral was today at McNutt Chape with the Rev. William West officating. Burial was in Oak grove Cemetery. Pallbearers were Earl E. Presley, Hugh Worrell, Doy DeBoard, Vaudie McAffee, Toby Butera, and L.A. Yount.
