Remarks: My great grandfather David Edwards came from
Wales. He was killed by Indians while crossing the
"Alleghaney" Mountains. His wife was of German descent.
My great grandfather Smith took part in the Rev.
War. My grandfather David Edwards fought against the
Black Hawk Indians in skirmishes.
