10-5-1835- General Assembly Legislative Council meeting formed. Conway County resident Amos Kuykendall attended as a member.
1-5-1836 - Constitution Convention meeting formed. Conway County resident Nimrod Menefee attended as a member.
1-3-1853 -Givernor Conway signed an act of the General Assembly to divide the state into 2 congressional districts. Conway County was selected as one of the counties in the First District.
2-20-1862 - The following residents of Conway County were contestants in a contest to see who could wove the most woolen jeans and linseys in the months of Sept., Oct. and Dec.;
Mrs. Martha J. Starks & Mrs. Sarah Hudson
12-21-1867 - General Order #43 formed. Conway County resident Anthony Hinkle was selected as a delegate for Conway County.
