James A. Daugherty married Ann S. Burley, widow of James Monroe Burns,
and they filed a petition in Columbia County, AR, during the February term,
1873, against the minor children of her first marriage: Genio, Byron Lucius,
and Frances Cornellia Burns. I seek information about these individuals.
Frances Cornellia Burns is my maternal great grandmother. If any of these

Trying to find a record of Robert E. Smith marrying Nancy R. about
1867 in Columbia County, Ark. They are listed in the Columbia County census
in 1870. He was 24, she was 22. They were in the part of Columbia County
that became part of Nevada County by the 1880 census. They are my gggrandparents.
But being smiths makes them tough to track. I thought that if i could find
out her maiden name, it might be easier. Anything would help. thanks.

I am seeking to find the spouses for the children of William VanPelt
born 1810, likely TN who married Eliza Robinson and moved to Columbia County,
AR in the 1840's and had his children there, five boys and four girls or
four boys and five girls, one Milley or Willey is presently sex unknown.
The children were marrying during the 1870's and 80's and several died
young. Some of these childrens children are buried in Emmet but the Van
Pelts haven't been found yet. Also, if anyone has GARNERS who were in AR,

Martha Harris married a man named Hill. He died and she then married
a man named Davis. They liven in Emerson. They had a daughter maned Cindy
(Lucinda) Davis and then a son, Andrew Joseph (went by name of Joe). He
was born in 1867. We have been told that Joe's father died before he was
born. Joe left Emerson and came to Texas when he was 18 years old. His
sister, Cindy stayed in Emerson and married a man named Rabb. Can anyone
help with the names of Martha's parents or the given name of Mr. Davis
that she married, or the name of Mr Rabb, who Cindy married? We were told
that Cindy had children and her descendents may still live in the Emerson

I have found much info about my paternal grandmother's family which
are the Foreman's. I need help finding ancestors of Ira Lee Williamson
who is my paternal grandfather. He died in 1967. Very little is known about
his family. He was born in 1901. I do know his dad was Walter and his mom
was Cathy Levinia Harris. They lived in the Philadelphia community and

I am looking for a family by the name of Willingham. I found in a book
at our local library an article by a man by the name of W.H, (Herschel)
Beasley sr.In this article he talked about the History of the Church of
Christ in Southwest Ar. It was written in December of 1971. It talks of
several Churches of Christ and it mentions some people by name who started
these churches.One of them mentioned was a Willingham. I am wondering if
there is any one out there who knows where I could more information on
this particular Willingham. It says that the list of names were from the
early records of the Churches listed. The churches were listed as the Columbia
Church of Christ, the Corinth church of Christ. It says that the descendants
of these families have built or established Churches of Christ from the
Miss River to the Pacific Ocean. I would just like to find the Willinghams
I have been looking for, John and Rebecca Willingham and a son by the name

Littleberry Harrison and wife, Mary Wilson migrated to Columbia Co.
AR from Terrell,Kauffman County, Texas. They had at least one son, Richard
James Harrison. He died in Columbia Co. in 1815. Do you have info on these
