Old Glory
From the Clay County Courier:
"Keeping the Glow in Old Glory
"Patriotism was rampant in 1918 when this picture marked the successful completion of the Fifth Victory War Bond Drive. Oliver and Company had set up a 40-foot flat pole at the intersection of West Main and First and the Corning High School with its volunteer band made an inspiring parade for the raising of the Victory flag."
