Grayson
James T. Grayson and his sons were longtime residents of Clay County. The family still owns a farm near Corning. Hiriam T. Grayson arrived in Clay County in the late 1890s, and acquired property. Rueben Harrison Grayson (my grandfather, and the son of James T.) was the City Marshall during World War II. All his children attended Corning schools.
