Where We Are
Chicot County is located in the extreme southeast corner of Arkansas and is bordered in the east by the Mississippi River, and Washington County, Mississippi. In the south, East Carrol and West Carroll parishes are just across the state line in Louisiana. To the west are Ashley and Drew counties and Desha is our neighbor to the north. Our county seat is Lake Village on the west side of Lake Chicot.
