Know all men by these Presents, that we J.S. Lee and I H. Wall of the first
part in the County of Bradley State of Arkansas in consideration of the sum
of forty Dollars to us paid by G.F. Turner of the second part in the County
of Bradley State of Arkansas the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do
hereby give grant bargain sell and convey unto the said G.F. Turner and his
heirs a certain tract or parcel of land situated in County and State aforesaid
bounded and described as follows to wit, South East quarter of North East
quarter of Section five in Township fourteen South of Range Eleven West
containing forty acres, with all the privileges and appurtenanes thereunto
belonging to have and to hold the aforegranted Premises to the said G.F.
Turner and his in fee simple forever and we the said Lee & Wall for our
selves heirs executors and administrators do covenant with the said G.F.
Turner and his heirs and assigns that we have Lawfully seized in fee of
the afore granted prenises that they are free from all inCumberances that
we have a good right to see and convey the same to the said G.F. Turner
as aforesaid and that we will and our heirs executors and Administrators
shall warrant and defend the same to the said G.F. Turner and his heirs
and assigns forever against the lawful claims of all persons and Consideration.
I, N.E. Wall wife of the said J.H.Wall do hereby release and quit claim unto
the said G.F. Turner and his heirs and assigns all my right claim or
possibility of Dower in or out of the aforedescribed premises.
In witness where of we the said J.S. Lee, J. H. Wall and N.E. Wall have
hereunto set our hands this day of 1880.

On this day of 1880 appeared before me J.E. Wall a Justice of the
Peace within and for the County of Bradley and State of Arkansas appeared in
person J.S. Lee and I.H. Hall to me personally well known as the persons whose
names appears upon the within and foregoing Deed of Conveyance as the parties
granters and stated that they had executed the same for the considerations and
purposes therein mentioned and set forth and I do hereby so certify.

This Deed of Conveyance made by and from G.F. Turner and M.E. Turner his wife of the
County of Bradley and State of Arkansas of the first part, to G.W. Rice of the same
County and State of the second part: Witnesseth, that for and in consideration of the
sum of forty Dollars to said party of the first part in hand paid by said party of
the second part (the receipt where of is hereby acknowledged) Have granted, bargained,
and sold, aliened and conveyed and by these presents doth grant, bargain, and sell,
alien and convey unto said party of the second part the following, described land
(word is not clear), South East quarter of the North East quarter of Section five,
in Township fourteen, South of Range Eleven West. Together with all and singular
the appurtainaces thereto belonging, to have and to hold said party of the second
part, and to his heirs, executors, admininstrators, and assigns, and the said party
of the first part, and their heirs, shall and will warrant and forever defend the
same against the claims of all persons whomsoever.
And the said M.E. Turner on her part, for and in consideration of said sum, both
hereby fully and freely relinquish, release, and forever quit claim to dower, in
of or to said Lands and premises.
In testimony where of said party of the first part, doth thereunto set their hands
and affix their seals this 27" day of Novemeber A.D. 1886.

On this 27th day of November A.D. 1886, before me W. B. Fike, a duly
commissioned and acting Justice of the Peace, within and for said County and
State appeared in person G.F. Turner to me personally well known to be one of
the parties grantor to the within Deed of Conveyance and acknowledged that he
had signed and sealed the same for the consideration and purpose therein set
forth, and I do hereby so certify. And I further certify that on the same
day voluntarily appeared before me M.E. Turner wife of the said G.F. Turner
to me also well known, and in the absence of her said husband declared that
she had of her own free will and accords, signed and sealed the relinquishment
of dower in said Deed, without any threats, compulsion or under influences.
Know all Men by these Presents:
THAT WE, George F. Turner and Martha E. Turner his wife for and in
consideration of the sum of one hundred Dollars to us paid by Elbert
Harcrow do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to the said Elbert
Harcrow and unto his heirs and assigns, forever, the following lands
lying in the County of Bradley, and the State of Arkansas, to wit:
North West quarter of the North West quarter of Section four in Township
fourteen South of Range Eleven West Containing forty two acres and
Ninety Nine hundreth of an acre.
To Have and to Hold the same unto the said Elbert Harcrow with
all appurtenances thereunto belonging. And we hereby covenant with
the said Elbert Harcrow that we will forever warrand and defend the
title to said lands against all lawful claims whatever.
And I, Martha E. Turner, wife of the said George F. Turner,
for and in consideration of the said sum of money, do hereby release
and relinquish unto the said E. Harcrow all my right of dower in and
to the said lands.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
STATE OF ARKANSAS

Be it Remembered that on this day came before me, the undersigned,
a Justice of the Peace within and for the County aforesaid, duly commissioned
and acting, George F. Turner to me well known as the grantor in the foregoing
Deed, and stated that he had executed the same for the consideration and
purposes therein mentioned and set forth.
And, on the same day, also voluntarily appeared before me, the
said Martha E. Turner wife of the said George F. Turner, to me well known,
and in the absence of her said husband declared that she had, of her own
free will, signed and sealed the Relinquishment of Dower in the foregoing
Deed for the purposes therein contained and set forth, without compulsion
or undue influence of her said husband.
Witness my hand and seal as such Justice this 19 day of February 1891.
