Know all men by these present: That we, J. S. Lee and M. E Lee his wife for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Dollars to us in hand paid by Easter Green the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged do hereby grant bargain and sell unto the said Easter Green and unto her heirs and assigns forever the following lands lying in the County of Bradley and State of Arkansas to wit: The East half of the South east quarter of section twenty-two and West Half of the South west quarter of section twenty-three all in township fourteen south of range eleven west and containing one hundred and sixty acres more or less. To have and to hold the same unto the said Easter Green and unto her heirs and assigns forever with all appurtenances thereunto belonging and is hereby conveyed (?) with the said Easter Green that we will forever warrant and defend the title to the said lands against all lawful claims whatever.
