*Removed from office (He was "placed" in
office by the radical government that
ruled during reconstruction. Shortly
after he was removed from office he
slit his throat and jumped into a well
and died. Arkansas Gazette January 26,
1884, Warren - "Judge Thomas B. White,
of Warren, committed suicide on Monday
by cutting his throat and then jumping
in a well. He was one of the oldest
citizens of Bradley County, and leaves
a wife. He is supposed to have been
demented.")
