Lookup Volunteers

Please, folks, do NOT send queries to our lookup volunteers for anything except the information they have volunteered to give. They have been instructed to completely disregard any other kind of requests and those will be discarded without being read. They do a great service for all of us but if you abuse it they will simply stop.

Please give as much info as you have for a quicker response. Being fair to the compilers, Emily Tucker and the Boone Co. Genealogical Society and the publisher Arkansas Research Inc. http://www.arkansasresearch.com/. If you have many ancestors in these counties, these books would be a great asset to your library and are sold at a very reasonable price through Arkansas Research Inc.

USGenWeb will not tolerate any copyright violations. Lookup requests should be limited to one or two names per request and it should not ask for hardcopies to be mailed. There may be rare exceptions to this but generally this should be adhered to. If you request a lookup, don't forget to thank the volunteer for their time.
