Walker Cemetery
Walker Cemetery is located on Walker Road-County Road #27, about three miles north of Mountain Home in the Walker Community. The previous survey was made on November 14, 1968 by Wesley-Chapel Extension Homemakers Club. Tom Heinze completed the current survey November 10, 2002. While working on the Walker line, descendants of James Thompson b.1734, he decided to do a complete survey to update the complete cemetery listing. New listings and corrections are noted with an asterisk (*). It looks like there are some new monuments were there may have been none before. There were about 4 low spots without tombstones, so I suspect there are others buried in the cemetery that are not listed. There are other stone markers and two with initials that I could not make out.
